This past month I’ve been obsessed with adding cardio to my workout routines. In particular, I’ve been obsessed with using the stair machine rather than the traditional treadmill that I’ve generally used when incorporating cardio into my workouts.
I’m half way done my first month of carb cycling and I’m so proud of myself! This has been one of the hardest things I’ve done when it comes to my nutrition and I’m glad that I’ve come this far.
I haven’t done a health and fitness post in awhile so what better time than now to share with you that I’m officially on week 2 of my carb cycling program! What is carb cycling you ask?
Another month to improve my health and fitness. I honestly wasn’t going to have any goals for this month. Once I had a serious conversation with myself I realized that it was necessary. This month my fitness goals are simple and hopefully achievable. Update* I’ve been following them to a T; so far, so good!
