Keeping it right and tight at home! My obsession for at-home workouts is now at an all time high as I’ve been getting into a solid routine when it comes to working out my body. Over the past few months I’ve been slowly but surely collecting Amazon fitness products to help support and increase both my cardio and weight training.
Although the intensity of my workouts may not be as much as what I’ve done at the gym in the past, they are still really good at getting my heart rate up and braking out in a sweat! Typically my workouts are for a minimum of 1 hour and if I really have a lot of time I’ll stretch them out for 1 1/2 hours. For most of my workouts I’m sure to include cardio and depending on the day I’ll work on my upper, lower, or total body.
