Hello fellow health and fitness enthusiasts! Today I’m sharing with you one of my absolute favourite breakfast meals to make; protein pancakes! This recipe that I’m about to share is so simple and delicious to make yet is healthy and keeps you nice and full for a few hours.

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 egg
1/2-1 tsp of vanilla
2 tsp chia seeds
1 scoop protein powder of your choice
Coconut oil to cook
Toppings of your choice!
