Hello fellow fashion lovers! With 2019 half way done I thought it’d be about time that I start sharing my renewed interest in fashion. If you follow my Instagram account (@simplyeseeri) you’ll notice that I’ve been posting more of my outfit looks a bit more consistently. I’ll admit, in the beginning of the year I was in a bit of a rut. I didn’t care too much about what I wore because I was so focused on achieving my goals. However, I soon came to realize that sometimes in order to feel the part you have to look the part. Or as that saying goes; look good and feel good!
With that being said I decided to start taking better care of myself and dress up whenever the opportunity presented itself. That included stepping outside of my comfort zone and wearing more colour. One of my favourite colours to wear is yellow. I think it flatters my deep rich skintone beautifully and it feels like I’m wearing sunshine on my body 🙂 For this look, I took it up a notch and decided to wear a floral pattern that also had hints of yellow in it too to compliment both my top and flats.
When it comes to fashion I’m the type who enjoys mixing high and low-end items. Similar to how I purchase my cosmetics and accessories. Personally, this allows me to get the best of both worlds. I’m able to enjoy a little bit of luxury in my life while at the same time balancing my clothing budget with affordable pieces. Recently, what I’ve been noticing is that I tend to spend more money on my accessories. This may change in the future…we will see!
