Fenty Beauty Stunna Lip Paint in Unveil

Hi beauties! Today I wanted to share with you my current favourite brown lipstick by Fenty Beauty! A few months ago, Fenty Beauty released a new shade called Unveil as part of the Stunna Lip Paint collection. When this new shade was first released I’ll admit, I ignored it.

I thought it was too dark and too close to my skintone; I was afraid that I’d look washed out if I wore a shade like this. But let me tell you, I was absolutely wrong! This is one of the best lipstick shades that I own. I would have never thought! I love this shade so much that I even recored a live YouTube video. Check it out on my channel HERE. If you’re like me, and are intimidated by wearing a rich brown lipstick check out my tips below!

• Exfoliate. Make sure your lips don’t have any flakey dead skin so that the colour can look nice and smooth.
• Use a lipliner in a darker shade. This will allow for your lips to look defined instead of being washed out and “disappearing” on your face
• Apply a light coat of the colour. Wearing brown lipstick can be intimidating. Ease into this shade by applying a wash of colour. This will help you to build your confidence to wear brown lipstick with no fear 🙂
• Mix with another colour. Modify the shade with another lipstick (such as a lighter shade) to make it the perfect lipstick colour for you.
