Hello beauties and fellow fitness lovers! It’s been awhile since my last blog post and I’m happy to be back 🙂 Today we are getting straight to business; I haven’t been working out the past few weeks because I was on vacation and as you can imagine, I ate and drank anything and everything! Lol
With that being said, I’m ready to get back into my healthy fitness and food lifestyle and I’m sharing with you some of the basic guidelines that I follow to snap back to look like a snack and entree. Ha! I’ll be following these guidelines consistently over the next few weeks in order to build my endurance and muscle mass back up again. November 5, 2018I agree with you I like the stair master too. I am very happy when I burn between 400-500 calories. It’s like I can achieve anything in this world 😀😀😀
