If you’ve been following my blog for awhile you know that L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Mascara is a drugstore mascara that I’ve been using for years. When I say years, I mean years!
I first discovered this mascara from YouTube, there was a popular fellow Canadian blogger by the name of Farah who was sharing with her viewers how she gets her lashes to look false and one of the products that she used was L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Mascara in Carbon black. As someone who doesn’t know how to apply false lashes I immediately went to my local drugstore to purchase this product. It’s been a staple in my makeup kit ever since.
On my recent trip to the drugstore I noticed there was a product by the brand that I’ve never used; a primer. I quickly picked it up eagerly to try. Aside from the sleek and modern packaging this is what I’d describe as a standard mascara wand with a bristle that evenly distributes product to coat your lashes.

As you can see, this mascara makes my lashes pop! It’s exactly what I’m looking for when using mascara; a product that will help to lengthen, separate and make my lashes appear full and defined. I especially appreciate how dark my lashes look even though the primer is a stark white.
