Hi beauties! One of my current obsessions during the past few weeks had been my NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in Hazelnut.
I’ve had this product for awhile and sometime last month decided to finally give it a go! Before I begin I have to tell you, this is the perfect concealer to wear if you are suffering from dry skin because of its creamy texture.
Product Description
NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in Hazelnut is described as a medium to full coverage creamy concealer with a natural skin-like finish. According the the description on Sephora website, this product not only conceals, but also helps to cover any imperfections you may have, and can be used as a highlighter or as a contour shade.
It comes packaged in a slim clear rectangular plastic container. The applicator is a nice slim size doe-foot applicator that provides the perfect amount of product. It’s formulated without any parabens, sulfates, or phthalates.
I choose the shade Hazelnut is a mini sample size that is marketed towards those with medium to dark skin tones with a warm or red undertone.
Performance
As I mentioned earlier, this is a great concealer to use if you are suffering from dry skin. I’ve had this products for awhile but honestly wasn’t interested in using it until I started noticing that my lack of sleep was showing under my eyes and I needed to cover them ASAP!
It’s a colder season so not only were my under-eye circles evident but the skin surrounding them were dry. As soon as I tried on NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in Hazelnut on my under-eyes I knew it was the perfect concealer to use for the cooler season. As described, this is definitely a natural finish buildable concealer. I find the texture is soft and creamy and does not pull around my skin; rather it glides on and dries down within a few seconds. It doesn’t feel like your wearing anything and I find that it works well with varies types of powders once it needs to be set.
The shade I choose (Hazelnut), is the perfect everyday natural shade for my skin tone. If I was looking for something a little more dramatic I’d definitely go for a lighter shade.
Have you tried this product before? If not, what concealer do you like using most? Let me know in the comment section below!
