Fitness Goals – May 2017

With less then 2 months till summer, it’s time for me to get my butt into gear for my summer 2017 body. I’m ready to get serious and will be focusing on the following fitness goals for the month:

  • Reduced carbs after 3pm
  • More dark leafy greens in my diet
  • HITT workouts at least 2 times a week
  • Weight training 4 times a week
  • Standard treadmill run at least 2 times a week for at least 30 minutes
