Fitness Goals – April 2017

This month I’m shaking things up and am adding a childhood fav; jump rope! This past weekend I was browsing the fitness aisle at my local Winners store and came across a Nike jump rope. I had to pick it up!

Lately, I’ve been trying out unique fitness activities; such as various HIIT combinations and I thought that this would be the perfect addition to challenging my body. There are so many benefits to using the jump rope as it is an all-over total body tool.

It not only provides your body with cardio, but also targets your arms, back, abdominal region and legs! Using a jump rope helps to burn fat all over and helps you build muscle over time! I plan on using my new jump rope in between my abdominal routine. The goal is to at least jump for until burnout in-between sets.
