January Glute Workout

If you love feeling the burn in your glutes after a workout then try out the workout I’ve created before! I’ve been doing this routine for the past couple of weeks, at least once a week and let me tell you — I’m guaranteed to feel my glute muscles afterward.

5 minute on the elliptical to warm up your body

  • 100 reps of the fire hydrant
  • 100 reps clamshells
  • 100 squats with a 30lbs
  • 40 reps calf raises
  • 80 reps leg lifts
  • 80 reps side to side
  • 20 reps hip thrusts with 20lbs
  • 75 reps hip abduction at 90lbs
  • 25 reps standing leg kick back (for each leg)
  • 40 reps leg curl at 20lbs
