Since the new year began, I’ve been thinking long and hard about what my fitness goals were going to be for this month. In all honesty I’ve been coming up with a blank because I feel like I’m already on the right track.
For example, I go to the gym at least 4-5 days a week, my meals are nutritious and I’ve started reducing the amount of sugar I’m consuming. So what’s the problem you ask? There is no problem, except for the part where I have to stick to all these things consistently throughout the month. With that being said, I realized that I need to approach (and continue approaching) my fitness goals ONE STEP AT A TIME. This month I’m going to make an effort to do my best and stick to the routine I’ve been on. If I stumble, that’s ok — I’ll just have to get myself together and take the right step to get back on track.
