Another month, another opportunity to create some health and lifestyle goals. Honestly, I was hesitant on creating November goals because I didn’t know what I wanted to focus on. In the month of October, I worked hard in the gym; by the end of the month I was tired.
Recently, I bought a few pairs of pants and to my surprise, I was able to buy 1/2 a size down! The hard work I’ve been putting into improving my health and fitness had been working!
To continue on this road, I’ll take it one step further and start improving my eating habits. Yes, my eating habits still need work. On some days, I’m really good at eating healthy and on other days that goes out of the window. So for the month of November I’ll aim for consistency in my eating habits.
