Get it Right, Get it Tight – September 2016 Goals

Hi beauties! You know the drill; new month new goals. Last month my health and fitness goals were centered on doing whatever I wanted, when I wanted as long as I stayed active. Honestly, it was nice not planning what I was going to do everyday but after awhile I craved going back to a workout schedule.

I have a vacation coming up so this month I’m putting my workouts into full gear! The focus will be on cardio as that’s what helps my body to reduce bloating and slim down. I’ll also include some weight training in order to maintain the strength I’ve developed last month.

This month my goals are as follows:

  • Cardio 5 times a week (run, walk, and/or swim)
  • Focus on one muscle group during each workout
  • Complete at least 120 reps of any abdominal workout following each fitness session
