July 2016 Goals

The goals that I set forth last month were tough.  Burpees are no joke! On a positive note, I now understand why they are considered one of the best fitness moves to incorporate in your fitness routine. To view my June 2016 fitness goals click here.

New month, new goals.  This month I will still focus on burpees and push-ups. They are really my weaknesses and I want to improve them by adding more reps!

  • Incorporating at least 20 push-ups (not on my kness) every other day to my fitness routine
  • Incorporating 20 half burpees and 20 full burpees every other day to my fitness routine
  • Incorporating at least one spin class to my cardio workouts
  • Eating portion controlled meals

Progress updates will be found on my snapchat and IG (@simplyeseeri). At the end of the month hopefully I’ll be able to come back with some results to share with you all!
