My favourite mask to use during the week when I want to pamper myself after a busy day is with Origins Original Skin™ Retexturizing Mask with Rose Clay. It is described as a multi-purpose mask that not only provides the benefits of clay (such as refining pores), but it also acts as a skin polisher.
Packaging and Product Description
Original Skin™ Retexturizing Mask with Rose Clay comes packaged with 100 ml (3.4 fl. oz) of product in a pastel pink plastic squeeze tube. The company logo and product name can be found on the front of the packaging in grey text. On the back of the product packaging, you’ll find information of what the product is, how to use it, and the ingredient list (also in grey text). A few of the unique ingredients found in Original Skin™ Retexturizing Mask is Mediterranean rose clay, Canadian willow herb, and jojoba beads. There are no parabens, sulfates or phthalates in the mask.
Once you squeeze out the product, you’ll notice that it’s a pastel pink mask with a rich consistency that has miniature granules (jojoba beads) speckled throughout. There is a soft feminine spa-like fragrance in the mask as well.
Performance
I find this to be a unique product because of the jojoba beads. This mask is perfect to use when you’re in a rush for a quick facial. It provides you with the traditional benefits of a clay bask while also offering gentle exfoliation. Once the mask is dry and ready to take off, I moisten my hands and in a circular motion gently massage the mask off. Doing this technique allows me to reap the benefits of the jojoba beads as they slough off the dead skin from my face. After using this mask my face feels so soft and clean! The added benefit to this product is the soft spa-like scent that adds a hint of luxury and pampering after a long day.
