What I eat in a day varies. I mainly eat according to what I think my body needs and what I feel like at the moment. For the most part, most of my meals are healthy. If you follow my Instagram account (@SimplyEseeri) you will notice that I do enjoy eating meals that are not considered healthy. My guilty pleasure being burgers!
As someone who is on a fitness journey that may seem odd to hear, but for me it suits my health and fitness lifestyle perfectly. I had a breakthrough at the beginning of the year about my eating habits. I realized in order to stay sane and enjoy healthy well-balanced meals that fuel my body in the best way possible, I need to be able to eat what I want when I want in moderation without feeling guilty. This is especially true if I want to lead a well-balanced lifestyle.
For some, this may not be the best idea, especially if your life and health depend on a strict healthy diet. But for me, I’m currently open to it and will continue this way for awhile.
