I’ve been feeling the chill these days and wanted to express it in a soft vampy winter look. I kept my eye bright and open and made sure to accentuate my lases. My skin was mattified and a soft highlight was applied to the high points of my face. This time, I kept the contouring to a minimum. The show stopper of the whole look was my lips! I’m wearing one of my new favourite lip tars from Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics (OCC); Black Dahlia.
