Hi beauties! Hope you’ve continued to work hard on improving and maintaining your health. Back in August 2015, I made a post declaring that I was going to embark on a 30 day abdominal fitness challenge. You can check out that post here. When I initially began the challenge, I was motivated and dedicated to get it done. However, reality hit. Life, work and other priorities took first place. I began to notice that I would skip days, or not complete the challenge for a full week. I’d make many excuses such as not having enough time, or declaring to myself that I no longer cared to have a strong core. When the date of my final vacation of the year approached faster than I could imagine, I switched gears immediately!
My focus changed and having toned abs now became a priority. For every workout I completed, an abdominal fitness routine was included. Slowly and surely I started seeing the changes that I desired. To see the flat toned abs I wanted, it took more than just focusing on abdominal fitness routines. A mental, physical and emotional lifestyle change had to take place first.
