I attended a traditional Ugandan event and I wanted my makeup to complement the traditional dress I was wearing (to see a peak of my dress check out my IG @SimplyEseeri). My final glam summer makeup look this year featured two winged liners. As you can see, the top and bottom of my eyes were lined with a small wing. I loved how my eyes stood out and how the rest of the makeup was muted, in order for the purple liner to stand out
