I am a week into completing my one month 100 rep abs challenge and let me tell you its not easy. At the beginning of this challenge I thought it would be easy to complete. But when real life hits; and other responsibilities are asking for your time, its a bit difficult to squeeze in time to complete the challenge everyday. What I’ve been doing is splitting up the repetitions throughout the day to get them done. My abdominal workout consists of both standing and traditional floor ab workouts. I wanted to share a simple routine I had found on Pinterest (link here). I really like it because it focuses on my problem area of lower abs.
