Before my fitness and healthy living lifestyle, I ate what I wanted and did my workout at a whim. I still eat whatever I want, but I’m more mindful of it. Since I’ve embarked on this journey of sharing my passion of healthy living, I decided to share my before with you all. I’m satisfied with my physique, but I know that I can make it even better.
With the start of this new month, I’ve decided to challenge myself and complete at least 100 abdominal reps of any abdominal workout everyday for the month of August 2015. The reps can range from the basic abdominal crunch to an abdominal bicycle. I want to see what impact (if any) this will have on the appearance of my abs. I look forward to showing you the after!
