Sometimes, it’s hard to choose just one smoothie flavour. So when you want to have it all, I suggest you give yourself a 2 for 1; two smoothie flavours in one gulp. Try and mix flavours together that are complimentary; for example, fruity flavours with fruity flavours. If you make more than you need you can always store your smoothie in a container in the fridge and drink it up on the next day. In your blender add the following and blend!
Bottom Layer:
1/2 mango
1/2 banana
1/2 peach
1/2 cup soy milk
6 almonds
1 teaspoon of oatmeal flakes
Top Layer:
1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
1/4 cup of frozen strawberry and rhubarb mix
1/2 cup soy milk
