Smoothie - 02

This fruity smoothie gently sweetens your day on the first sip. It’s a naturally sweetened flavour thanks to the mango fruit. If you’d like your smoothie to be extra sweet add in a teaspoon of honey. In your blender add the following and blend! Makes about 2 servings*
1 cup soy milk
1 banana
1 medium size mango (with skin on)
1 cup strawberries
1 scoop natural whey protein
