There’s something about a red lip that get’s me every time. I could leave the house without a stitch of makeup and hastily apply my signature rep lipstick and I automatically feel like a million bucks. And to think, I used to dodge red lipstick…the horror!

My all time tried and true red hue is by MAC, Ruby Woo. And my oh my does this beauty woo! Ruby Woo is a blue-toned matte lipstick. It essentially flatters all skin tones. Generally when I wear it, I just put it on without a liner. However, I find it appears even bolder in colour if you use a complimentary lip liner such as MAC Cherry Lip Liner. The wear time of Ruby Woo for me is long; I don’t have to worry about reapplying the product throughout the day. I hope you’re noticing the shine on my lips; I simply added some Vaseline for a slight glossy effect. This is truly one of my favourite makeup products and is a staple in my makeup looks.
