Big Smoke Burger

If you love a good burger like I do check out Big Smoke Burger. Here in Toronto, I visited a location in the Downtown, Toronto area. I decided to order the Spicy  Burger with a side of hand-cut fries. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed! Each burger is made to order; you must request if you want the burger to be cooked well done (I requested a well done burger as opposed to eating the standard medium rare).  The toppings that come with the spicy burger are caramelized onions, chipotle mayo, tomato, and lettuce. I requested to have ketchup, Dijon mustard and pickles to be added. When you first take a bite out of the burger a rush of flavours surge into your mouth; the spices are not overwhelming or too hot on the pallet. They compliment the meat patty and all the condiments very well. You can also taste a nice smokey BBQ flavour to the meat. The hand-cut fries were a great compliment to the burger, they were perfectly crispy on the outside and a bit tender once you bit into them. The fries were perfectly seasoned with a bit of salt and not oily. The menu at Big Smoke Burger ranges from meat, chicken and veggie burgers. Definitely check them out if you get the chance.
